Muse Salon Vol.04——Recharge in City: How might we reclaim tranquillity in urban metropolis

Do you feel stressed out? Do you think there is not much room for a break in a concrete jungle like Hong Kong?

We have invited two Micro-changemakers who are exploring places to take a rest in the busy urban landscape of Hong Kong: “Living Ka Tung”, who initiated an experimental project to explore possibilities for expanding the definition of public seating in Yau Tsim Mong; and “Shinrin Yoku Hong Kong”, who introduces “shinrin-yoku”, also known as Forest Therapy, to Hong Kong to promote the healing of the mind and body through contact with nature.

Participation is free of charge, but space is limited. Ensure your spot by filling out the registration form. We look forward to seeing you!
